How it works. Every decision window of the program becomes a frame: the keeper posts the 64 spike counts and the window hash, and the picture is rendered inside the EVM from those numbers. Supply is decided by the neurons — the simulator series is capped at …, the spikes counted in the window that named $BBYA; the CL1 series cap comes from the first living window.
Rarity · claiming rules · contract & links
Rarity is computed from the on-chain data of each frame, nothing else: a burst window (whole array lit) is the rarest trait; then how far the window's spike rate sits from the series median; then how concentrated the activity was (few electrodes doing most of the firing → rarer than an even spread). Shown as a percentile — "top 2%" means only 2% of frames score higher.
Claiming is free (gas only) for any wallet holding at least 500,000 BBYA — one frame per 500,000 held. One owner per frame, first claim wins. The image is drawn from the 64 numbers stored on chain — same data, same image, forever.
